Welcome to Play Planet! To ensure all our mini-astronauts have a safe, fun, and out-of-this-world expedition, please review our official mission parameters before entering the play galaxy.

🛰️ 1. Mission Control (Adult Supervision)

• Active Guardianship: All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult (aged 18+) who must remain within the building at all times. Play Planet does not accept responsibility for the supervision of children.

• Parental Responsibility: Parents and guardians maintain full responsibility for monitoring their children’s behavior, ensuring they are capable of using the equipment safely, and explaining these rules to them.

• Frame Chaperones: All children under the age of 3 must be accompanied by an adult when exploring the main/junior play frame.

• Intervention: Please report any behavioral or safety concerns directly to the Play Planet Space Crew (staff). Do not attempt to intervene in disputes yourself.

🧦 2. Spacesuit & Gear Requirements

• THE GOLDEN SOCK RULE: Shoes must be removed before entering the play area. Socks must be worn at all times by both children and adults—no exceptions!

• Recommended Uniform: We strongly advise wearing long trousers and long-sleeved shirts (tucked in) to minimise friction burns or minor injuries. Please avoid clothing with trailing ropes, cords, or toggles.

• Accessories & Valuables: Badges, sharp objects, and jewellery must be left with an adult outside the frame.

• Spectacles: Glasses should only be worn inside the play frames if they feature shatterproof lenses and are secured with a proper sports retainer.

👽 3. Galaxy Restrictions & Height Boundaries

Maximum Height: Under 4’11” ft (150cm) - Children over this height are not permitted to play, but may enter the frame strictly to supervise younger siblings.

Maximum Age: Under 11 years old - The equipment is custom-engineered for children under 11.

Toddler Zone: Under 3 years old - Various rides and zones have specific age restrictions. Please check signs or ask the crew.

🧼 4. Health, Sanitation & Hygiene

• The 48-Hour Health Rule: Children who are unwell, or who have experienced sickness, must not visit the center until at least 48 hours have passed since their last symptoms.

• On-Site Illness: If a child becomes unwell while inside the soft play area, they must leave the building immediately to help protect our other young explorers.

• Sanitation: Children must wash or sanitise their hands after using the toilet and before entering the play arenas.

• Nappy Changing: All nappy changing and potty training must take place strictly within the designated baby changing rooms or toilets. Please dispose of all waste in the correct bins provided.

🚫 5. Safe Navigation Rules (Playground Conduct)

• Slide Safety: Feet first, one at a time. Climbing up the slides or playing directly in front of the slide exit drop-zones is strictly forbidden.

• Structural Integrity: It is strictly forbidden to climb on the outer safety netting, the structural framework, or the barrier walls.

• Zero Projectiles: Balls and play shapes must stay where they belong. Throwing objects or balls at other guests is not permitted.

• Adult Play: Our equipment is designed for children. While adults are welcome to enter the frames to supervise their kids, they do so entirely at their own risk.

🍕 6. Fuel & Refueling (Food & Drink Policy)

• Café Fuel Only: Only food and drink purchased from the Play Planet Café may be consumed inside the center.

• Baby Exception: Food and milk formulas for infants under 1 year old are completely permitted.

• Equipment Protection: No food, drinks, or snacks are allowed on any part of the play structures. Chewing gum is strictly prohibited throughout the entire venue.

• Spillages: Help us keep the launchpad clean! Please pick up any dropped food debris immediately and report liquid spills to the Space Crew right away.

🛑 7. Zero Tolerance & Liability Policy

• Behaviour: Fighting, bullying, aggressive, or abusive behaviour toward Play Planet staff, management, or other members of the public will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Management reserves the absolute right to refuse entry or enforce total venue bans.

• Smoking & Fire: Smoking, vaping, or playing with fire is strictly forbidden anywhere inside the building.

• Accident Reporting: Please report all accidents or structural damage to a member of staff immediately so we can assist and log it for our ongoing safety audits.

• Valuables: We suggest leaving all valuables at home. Play Planet accepts no liability for the loss, damage, or theft of personal property within the building or the car park.
